Meet Dr Samuel Chu

BSc MSc DClinPsy CPsychol BABCP

I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist and CBT Therapist who works in the NHS and private practice

I support adults and young people to build a meaningful life that aligns with their values and authentic self, in a compassionate and reflective therapeutic space.

My work is grounded in evidence-based, personalised therapy informed by CBT and third-wave approaches, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand their difficulties, develop practical skills, and create sustainable change.

My focus is on supporting people to move towards what truly matters to them, rather than simply reducing symptoms. I aim to help them build insight, resilience, and confidence so they can live in a way that feels more fulfilling and true to who they are.

I have specialist experience with individuals with neurodiversity, such as Autism, ADHD and LD.
