  • Do you offer private therapy?

    Yes! I offer private therapy online and in person in Central London. I am also a registered healthcare provider for several insurance plans. Please contact me for more information.

  • Do you offer mentorship and consultation?

    Yes! If you are intersted in learning about getting onto DClinPsy, psychology pathways in the UK, please reach out.

  • What are your therapy fees?

    My standard fee for private therapy is £140-£300 per 50-minute session. This reflects the specialist nature of the work and includes clinical expertise, session preparation, and follow-up where appropriate.

  • How do you book an appointment?

    You can book an appointment via the “Book appointment” button on the website. I’ll aim to respond within 24 hours and help you find a time that works for you.

  • How long are sessions?

    Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. This typically includes time for check-in, discussion, and planning for future sessions. Longer sessions may be negotiated depending on therapeutic needs.

  • How will I know if therapy is helping?

    Therapy is a collaborative process. We’ll regularly check in about how you’re feeling and whether the work you’re doing is helping you move toward your goals. You may notice changes in how you cope, think, or relate to others over time.

  • Do you offer clinical supervision?

    I offer clinical supervision to qualified clinicians seeking to expand their CBT knowledge and practice. I am a licensed BABCP CBT Therapist as well as a Clinical Psychologist.
